Had to organise a bike box last minute for an international race after my original rental fell through, and South London Bike Box Hire came through for me. Tom was brilliant. I rented a Bike Box Alan from him which worked perfectly. More than the box though, he replied quickly, gave great advice on which box to go for, and was really flexible with the rental period plus drop off and pick up. Made the whole process smooth at a moment when I definitely needed it. Overall very happy with the service and I’ll be heading back to Tom and South London Bike Box Hire next time I need a box. Fantastic experience of renting a TT bike box with the home delivery and pick up. Was super nervous as it was my first TT bike box and my first ironman, wanted everything to be smooth and clear and the guys at South London Bike Box were super responsive and ensured the delivery timing was convenient for me. Tom was very helpful in finding the right box for my TT bike. I organised the bike box 2 weeks before my flight, which Payment wasn’t due until day of delivery. It was delivered to my house 2 nights before my flight. The box had a QR code which had a video demonstrating how to take apart the bike and pack it into the box. After my holiday Tom checked in with me to confirm a suitable time for him to come pick the bike box up. Highly recommend this company, especially if you’ve never used a bike box before. Tom responded to my emails quickly and made the experience feel easy and run smoothly.
