Everything you need to know before you book your bike box rental - from which box fits your bike to how delivery works.
We stock two cases: the Bike Box Alan Original (fits most road and mountain bikes) and the Triathlon Aero EasyFit (for tri and aero road bikes). If you're not sure, just get in touch and we'll advise.
We cover SW and SE London postcodes as standard, plus many surrounding areas. Tell us your postcode when you enquire and we'll confirm availability and delivery cost.
We bring the box to your home before you travel, and collect it after you return. No depot pick-ups, no tube journeys. Just drop us your dates and postcode and we'll arrange it.
Yes. Personal collection and return is available from Streatham. Please note: private transport only (no train collections).
Absolutely. Detailed packing guides are available on the site (and on a QR code inside every box). If you're still stuck, give Tom a call - he's happy to help talk you through it.
Minimum one week for the Bike Box Alan Original. The Triathlon Aero EasyFit has a minimum one-week rental with additional days at £10/day.
Yes! Club trips, training groups, and multi-box bookings are welcome. There may be a small additional charge per box for same-address deliveries - we'll confirm this when you enquire.
